    Problems logging in on mobile device

    Hi all, I've got a problem logging into the arm when using my iPhone, I keep getting the error message that the username/password is wrong, not possible though, same one I use on my MAC. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

    Haven't ever heard of this problem yet. Try create new user with extremely easy username and pass and try again.

    Try copy/paste username & password just in case your iPhone and MAC using some other special language or coding?

    Very odd, try with another person phone/computer/laptop? Hard to tell, I doubt looking at the logs help since all it most likely say is "auth error" or something similar.

      Hi, it happens because you are probably trying to login using http://, make sure that you are loading your crm using https://
