the reply of gandi
"the CRM does not want to send the emails because your web hosting does not have a DNS/hostname record
this is why you need to contact the CRM devs to find out how to overcome this limitation
it's not an SMTP problem
it's the configuration of the CRM that does not take into account the way our web hosting infrastructure is made"
some idea esforim yuri ?

I don't think yuri like being ping for these type of question.
Anyway, have you tried without SSL/TLS? (no encryption).
Does it work?
Can you try to a well-known domain, like hotmail, live, gmail, etc?
Can you received email? And only STMP (outgoing/sending) having issue?
I did a quick check there is a few free server you can use to test your config:

Following this.
I have same problem, I keep getting "Error 500: Unknown error." when doing "Send Test Email".
I am seeing this in error:
ERROR: Email sending error: cannot connect to host; error = stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to ssl://smtp.gmail.com:465 (Unknown error) (errno = 0 ) [] []
WARNING: Email sending:Unknown error.; 0 [] []
tried different smtp server, still the sameLast edited by zekin; 03-10-2023, 01:27 PM.
