First you need working websockets.
Second you need advanced pack. Try Signal parameter @relate with a workflow / bpm.

If its internal use http or better install Public key CA to your (target) system and Espo.
Example for Debian:
Copy your ca file (e.g. myca.crt)...

1) Design an own entity. Design roles.
2) Reduce access to e.g. cases field by field....

I suggest take a look into logfiles /data/log. Maybe you can describe more than just "not working" then.

Not sure that is a expected behavior or a new feature. Layout view and Report Panels showing up the ID not the name of the panel as shown in the past....

For the tutorial a paid license is required, so that is not a real "shared mailbox". It is generally possible to use a real "shared mailbox"...
