Error 500 sending email

hello
i set smtp to administration
i am sure about about code and server (tested on 3 differents SMTP provider)
when i send a test i have Erreur 500: Email sending error.
how i can solve this ?

Make sure all the information here is set correctly. I assume that you are using the button "SendTestEmail" for testing purposes, right?

yes as i say i test with 3 smtp account and click on test button i have same error for all

Hi yberges,

Please try to completely delete the email account from EspoCRM > then Rebuild system in Administration -> Rebuild > and recreate a new account with standard settings for SMTP.

2 i rebuild
3 i add account

Please tell me what version of EspoCRM are you using?

I would suggest to create some email account for testing purposes for example login: test@yourdomain.com pw: test1234 and provide us important information like SMTP host, port, security etc.(via email if you want it to be more private), so we can test it on our own and we can find out if the problem is connected with your system or you are inserting wrong values somehow.

thanks for any help I try gmail SMTP, and pro SMTP nothing more
In same serveur i have a joomla CMS and i use same credential for SMTP rules no sending error

hello mate, I cannot see the messages you sent me. I see notification but I got error when trying to open the message
