Error 500 sending email

i try it but same
1 i clean all value in email config
2 i rebuild
3 i add account
same error

Hi yberges,

Please try to completely delete the email account from EspoCRM > then Rebuild system in Administration -> Rebuild > and recreate a new account with standard settings for SMTP.

yes as i say i test with 3 smtp account and click on test button i have same error for all

Make sure all the information here is set correctly. I assume that you are using the button "SendTestEmail" for testing purposes, right?

i set smtp to administration
i am sure about about code and server (tested on 3 differents SMTP provider)
when i send a test i have Erreur 500: Email sending error.
how i can solve this ?
