Workflows are not being triggered

can you try to delete the scheduled workflows and recreate them at one of them and check if it will work or not.

I went through all the workflows listed in this log and none of them seems to be complicated or broken, those are pretty much super simple workflows and all of them are working fine (all of them are trigger type: After record saved (created or updated)), I also optimised the one mentioned above (634febc53a633eb6e) but our scheduled workflows still do not work) Clueless about what to do now.

Yeah i assume some workflows are causing issues, first can you check your sequential workflow setting is correct, then you need to go through the list below from the log of all workflows (by id) to see why they are producing errors in the log.

this workflow is triggered on save it is not scheduled. Could it be that wrong action in this workflow made all scheduled workflows not working? Is it even possible?

I tried to adjust the action a bit, now it is much more optimized, but I am not sure if action in "save" workflow could cause "scheduled" workflows to stop working.

is all your workflows not working at the moment? can you check which run action with this id (634febc53a633eb) and fix it i believe one of your workflows has issue in Action section and it is not allowing the job to be processed. check out other workflows and see if something needs changing, this is definitely an issue with one of your workflow.

Can you go to the CRM directory and check the data/logs this is where you will find the error logs of the CRM. see attached screenshot

I found the cron.php file on our server. It does not contain the line mentioned in Administration->Scheduled Jobs

But I was not the one who was implementing this system in our company so I have no clue if I am checking the correct file or not and if everything was set correctly at the beginning

I am not sure tbh because atm we use mostly scheduled workflows..
it looks like the job "Run Scheduled Workflows" is somehow being triggered according to logs..it is being run every 5mins - just workflows dont work..
I can definitely share the logs, not sure if there will be enough info about the problem because I have not turned on the debug mode yet.

Disable Cron is unchecked in settings so I think its OK
