    How to check if a new Mail is connected to a case

    Hi,
    i need to check if someone has sent a mail to a closed case. i tried to create a workflow but dont know which field to check for a new connected mail.

    When you receive emails, you read them anyway. At this point, pay attention to the Parent field.

      Hi, thanks. Parent was the right start. I also needed to connect the workflow to the email. Not the Case.
