PHP Memory error updateing from 8.4.2 to 9.0.1

Great, this led me in the right direchtion. We had a small Extension for this Module. I uninstalled it via CLI and now it works. Thank you.

I recovered 8.4.2 and the system was running.
Then i made an Update to 9.0.1. Now i get this error
