    After upgrading to 8.4.2 User could neither see or edit the Preferences

    Hi,
    after upgradeing from 7.1.9 to 8.4.2 user could not see/edit there own preferences.

    Only the browser console shows an error 404, file test-send.js does not exist

    Has anyone a idea?
