    New contacts gets added to some targets list automatically - why?

    Hi,
    We have noticed a strange behaviour in our CRM deployment: new contacts assigned to a certain Team are automatically added to 2 target lists. I cannot understand why this is the case; there is (apparently) no automation in place anywhere.
    What could cause this to happen?
    Thanks for any hint or direction...

    It could be some formula script or maybe a backend custom code.

      Thanks. I check several entities (Contact, Target list,..) and we do not have any formula. I also do not think we have any custom code at all.

        Hi, if you are actually talking about leads it could be the Lead Capture setting, check that!

          Perhaps your target list has a sync with some sort of report that gets contacts with a certain team?

            Reports can sync back towards Target lists?

              I think you were right!
              I found that the two target list have a sync with reports. Now in the meantime some reports have been deleted so the list of reports was empty, but the field was still enabled. So if a wrong report was listed, that may explain!
              We'll test more.
