    Workflow for meeting

    Hello
    I want to organize, when a participant of a meeting confirms or declines his invitation to this meeting, the assigned user of the meeting should be informed by e-mail.
    As a condition I have
    acceptance status changed
    set. But the workflow is not started.
    Does anyone have an idea?

    Accepted and Declined acceptance statuses can't be used to start a process or workflow rule.

      Thank you very much victor.
      This is not good news.
      You always have to go to the meeting and see if the invited contact or user has responded to the invitation.
      For many meetings this is very tedious.
      Maybe the problem will be added to Yuri's to-do list.

        In the next advanced pack release there will be new signals added.

        @eventAccepted.Contact
        @eventAccepted.Lead
        @eventAcceptedTentative.Contact
        @eventAcceptedTentative.Lead
        @eventDeclined.Contact
        @eventDeclined.Lead

        You will be able to use them to start a workflow rule whenever a contact or lead accepted or declined an event.
        If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
