Convert lead - stream issue

I did find a similar post from 5 years ago but though I would ask again in case there is an answer today. When converting a lead to account and contact - how can i include the history of streams in the transfer.

you need to write your own custom code to do that, otherwise if you have advanced pack i think you might be able to achieve similar thing using workflow or BPMN.

This post describes the transfer of all records from a stream to a created Opportunity from Lead, but this can easily be remade so that the entire stream is transferred to a created Contact and/or created Account.
