    [QUOTE=victor;n126427]It is worth checking:

    3. Check if any formulas have been created that, under certain conditions, change the "status" in Lead to a certain value. The same with Workflows or BPMNs.
    4. Perhaps some other manipulations with the EspoCRM code were performed.

    I think this is it, client like to have a lot of automation for the Status changing, getting iffy in practice and had to remove some of it - will check this out - thanks victor

    It is worth checking:
    1. Administration > Entity Manager > Lead > Edit > Stream. Perhaps it was turned off in the settings altogether.
    2. Administration > Entity Manager > Lead > Fields > Status > Audited. However, you claim that the check box is enabled.

    4. Perhaps some other manipulations with the EspoCRM code were performed.

    If the points above are checked, it is advisable to describe the detailed steps of reproducing the problem.

    Client wants to report off of Sales Reps not updating Stream - trying to see if the Status change is captured in the "Notes (Stream) Updated At" report
