Cloud: Layout view where you can see when Reports are created and who created them?

Have a client looking for something similar to remind the sales team to follow up

Or is there a secret to getting this view. Standard Created & Modified, etc. fields added to the layout?

That only shows up when you check "international" this company is only US based so never saw this option.
