What determines if an entity is PDF printable or not? For instance, we have a PDF template for Opportunities, but we don't get a print to PDF option in the drop down as we do with some of the entities we've added on our own. Is there a switch somewhere I'm missing that determined if an entity can be printed to PDF or not?

The Print to PDF menu item appears for me in the Opportunity. Having at least one template is enough.If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks. -
If you have created a template for an entity, but the "Print to PDF" button does not appear, then you have a problem with your browser cache.
In a normal situation, a simple refresh of the browser page is sufficient.Comment
