Accounts with Contacts with specific details (reports or filters)

Variant for Contacts containing only Account Inactive (screenshots 1 and 2).

I described the issue from technical standpoint but it got insufficient attention by the community:

I suppose rewriting the topic from the business standpoint - quite often we are checking companies (accounts) by people (contacts) currently working in these companies.

In the current version EspoCRM and Reports from the Advanced Pack shows Account details with a list of contacts who whenever were associated with the account (including those who worked there years ago and don't work there anymore).

We created a report that logically should filter out such accounts (see the topic mentioned above). Unfortunately, this approach doesn't work as intended.

Do you know any other ways (without programming own extension) to get accounts with contacts that have specific attributes (e.g., belong to a Target List)?
