Hi Guys, Thanks for addressing my question. Victor, unfortunately your suggestion did not work. As a matter of fact, I now I have only one email address I can choose from in the compose email page even though I have four in my user profile (see attached).
Vadym, per your suggestion, I am attaching screenshots of perosnal email accounts page and group email accounts page as well as a error log page. I hope this can explain what I am doing wrong. If either of you can assist me further with other suggestions I would certainly try something else.

- In Administration > Email Addresses, check the search for duplicates of the problematic email addresses.
- In any case, delete absolutely everything that the search found.
- Add them back to your User profile.
- Make a Rebuild.
- Try compose an email under this User: all 4 email addresses should be available: two that were already available and two more that were deleted from Administration > Email Addresses, and then added back to the User profile.Leave a comment:

Hi All,
I am running version 8.4.2 - I have multiple email addresses I use for different accounts. I have them loaded into the personal email section of the app and successfully retrieve the four accounts. The problem I have it that I cannot choose two of the four email addresses in the "from" box when composing an email- see attached. I have the four email addresses listed under my User profile (see attached). How do I expand the from section so I can choose from any of the four addresses?
