Hi everyone,
After working extensively with EspoCRM in real business environments, I noticed that many teams still rely on external tools (WhatsApp, Slack, email) for internal communication — even when they spend most of the day inside Espo.
So I decided to build a lightweight internal chat extension directly inside EspoCRM.
Features:
- Private 1-to-1 messaging between users
- Group chats
- Clean and modern UI
- Fully integrated inside Espo (no external service required)
- Real-time feel (without being heavy)
- Online/Away/Offline Status
The idea is simple:
Keep team communication inside the CRM where the work actually happens.
In our case, switching between tools was:
- Slowing down workflows
- Losing context
- Creating unnecessary friction
This extension keeps conversations internal and connected to daily operations.
I’m currently testing it in production and refining the UX.
