Email: After clicking the minimize icon, the SEND button gets disabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login epso
2. Open Any Case
3. Open email at case and click REPLY
4. Write any reply message in mail
5. Click the minimize button at the top right of the compose popup.
6. After click the minimize send button is also disabled.

I know there was a similar issue in 8.3.
