    [Looking For] Experienced EspoCRM Developer for Custom Developments and Support

    Hello everyone,

    I am looking for an expert EspoCRM developer, familiar with CRM best practices and especially those specific to EspoCRM. My goal is to develop numerous custom features (API integrations, workflow/BPM automation, mobile app, etc.) and also to receive guidance/training in order to improve my skills in both EspoCRM development and CRM design best practices.

    Note: You can choose to provide only development services, only training/support, or both.

    Needs & Tasks

    1) Development of Custom Extensions


    Examples of desired features:
    • API connections (integration of third-party services)
    • Workflow automation (Workflows, BPM)
    • Mobile App development

    Working process:
    1. I share a requirements document (specifications and needs).
    2. We discuss to clarify points, refine the solution, and gather your recommendations.
    3. Validation of the iteration and cost estimation for the extension.
    4. Development, delivery, and payment.
    5. We iterate with a new requirement.

    Key requirement: Responsiveness in communication and development (there will be numerous needs).


    2) Training & Support


    Objectives:
    • Understand how to create EspoCRM extensions (files and folders to create/modify, views, dependencies, hooks, handlers, custom services, etc.).
    • Master CRM best practices (relational design, technical choices, etc.).
    • Receive ad hoc recommendations to optimize the overall CRM design.

    Collaboration model:
    • Video calls for explanations and training.
    • Written communication (chat/email, etc.) for short questions and quick feedback.
    • Presentation of real use cases (e.g., business needs, relational schema plan, etc.) for validation and recommendations.
    Collaboration Terms


    Pricing:
    • For Development : quotation for each feature.
    • For training/support : Hourly rate: a rate we set together.
    • For training/support :Monthly package: a package based on a set number of hours or a broader mission.

    Engagement:
    Ideally, a long-term partnership to continuously evolve the CRM and ensure progressive training/support.
