API Error: EspoCRM API is unavailable.

    Good morning,

Thank you for paying attention to me...

Already I have to read you that I have read everything about it on the solutions but nothing works...

I have this thing installed and nothing happens!

"API Error: EspoCRM API is unavailable."

I am hosted at IONOS in outsourcing (it is not me who manages the server).

Then when installing version 7.3.3 there was no . htaccess under /api/v1/ so I created it...

But there after hours for having sought I do not advance.

Do you have an idea to help me...

    Thanks in advance !!!!

      Hello!
Without knowing details you can review emillod vidoe on API and see if you are missing any steps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6NZ41Uj7R8
This is a sticky (top post) in the Developer Help forum Emillod Espo Video collection

Is the option missing or the API you set up not working?
What is your goal and what data are you bringing into Espo?
Can you post some screen shots?

        Is this a fresh install?
What version of PHP are you running?
        Could you attach any logs?
What errors can you see in the console of the browser? Is it a 500 error?

First time I see that error, base on my limited knowledge it look like your PHP version is lacking ability being the :mod rewrite module/extension. Secondly the control ability to make change in the htacess file.

Are you sure that the installation was done with Apache and not with nginx?

              thank you for your reply

Indeed I asked ionos and I am under nginx !

But I also asked ionos something else

On installation you see: max_input_time -1 Fail (180 is recommended)
              memory_limit -1 Fail (256M is recommended)

I fixed but I couldn't read my phpinfo.php. Also they asked me to rename the .htaccess.

What I did and there I was able to read the phpinfo.php and it tells me

              max_input_time 180
              memory_limit = 256m

But on installation, rechecking again, we see:

              max_input_time -1 Fail (180 is recommended)
              memory_limit -1 Fail (256M is recommended)

Also by deduction I tell myself that there is surely a problem with the .htaccess? NO ?

By given my English. Thanks for your help...
