  • Problem with Starface VOIP after Update

    Hello,

    I made an update of our starface server to the latest version 7.3.0.10 and after that the connection espo-starface was broken.
    I then updated espo and the voip add on to the latest versions, but the problem did not go away.

    When I go to "Administration - Integration - Voip Starface" and test the connection, it says connection succesfull established.
    When I check the Voip Settings of my user, I get an error that the connection could not be established.

    When I make an outbound call I receive the following error massage:
    Fehler 500
    de.vertico.com.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException : No processor found for the identifier ucp.v22.requests.connection.keepAlive

    I have no idea what the problem is, can someone please help me with this.

      Unfortunately we still haven't found the cause for the problem.
      Has anyone a suggestion how to fix this ???

          Quick Update,
          I did the latest Starface Update to Version 7.3.1.3 but unfortunately the problem did not go away

            Made the last update to 7.3.3 but the Starface Voip Integration still does not work
            Same error message as above.
            Connection to the starface server is working, but when I test the connection in the voip settings -> no connection could be established.

            I read the changelog of update 7.3.3 and no mention of starface bug fix
            lazovic: did you mean an update for the crm or an update for the voip add on ?
