Manual upgrade error

I am running EspoCRM on hosting and my provider does not allow to use CLI.

Successfully upgraded from 5.9.3 to 5.9.4 from the admin panel.

But when I try to install the next upgrade package (5.9.4 to 6.0.10), it gives an error message that the upgrade can only be done with the CLI.

I do not have access to the CLI terminal, what should I do?
