For correct EspoCRM installing, you have to configure your web-server as described in the documentation:

https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/apache-server-configuration/#apache-server-configuration-for-espocrm

The location of the Apache config is usually /etc/apache2/apache2.conf (on Ubuntu).

I install on windows and not on ubunity

The problem hasn't been resolved yet. Constantly throws an API error. Someone solved the problem?
