Note/Assingment emails missing while normal emails ok

Hey guys, need your hint

This is for the first time across 10+ installs, outbound email setup ok, test email sends ok, any normal emails ok, jobs are executing fine, crontab is ok, however, when posting a note (or upon assignment) system doesn't sends an email, any ideas?

Setup log level to DEBUG, nothing special

Make sure you set up the Outbound Emails on Administration because crm will use it to send the system emails

make sure you properly configured the notifications under Administration > Notifications

Manual works, only task assignments/stream mentions are not, please check screenshots, maybe I am missing something

There is a short delay. If you read the notification in the app, it won't be sent to you. Maybe this is the case?

Thanks, I created a new user, logged in incognito, left a comment to my main user, no email

I saw +1 under the bell icon, however, no email
