Block incoming phone calls?

You should do this from your PBX, not from Espo.

I guess the follow question Russ would have is: How to link up block, "Invalid" phone status would be what he doing at the moment?

We don't have a PBX, we are using twilio, they are saying this should be done through the API, at the same time, they have their own way to block the calls, however, if I select it, I literally have to disable 'EspoCRM' app (Twiml).
