Hide value in dropdown regards state

i create 2 enty
- 'event'
- 'activity'
i link event to activity with a field
in event we can choose activity created
that works
in 'activity i create a state field with 3 'open' 'close' 'terminate'

who i can hide activities in dropndown in 'event' (display only open)
