Importing data from CSV file does not work

Hello everyone,

I am trying to import contacts from a CSV file.

The result does not give an error, but neither does any of the contacts matter.
I have prepared several CSVs from excel, libreoffice, google spreedshet...
I have even used the impor-file.csv file generated by EsporCRM and the same thing always happens, it does not give any errors or import the contacts.

Can anybody help me?

Please send an example of your import file for analysis.

Most likely:
- Name is not specified in the import file - the record is not imported.
- There is an empty line in the import file - then nothing is imported after it.

I had to change the extension from csv to pdf to allow me to upload the file.

Since what I want to import are contacts, I have deleted the data and left an example.

I imported your file twice without problems, only in some cells (I didn't know which fields to assign them to) I left -Skip-

Could it be due to the configuration of the entity fields?

I finally ruled out importing some data and it worked perfectly. Then through a massive update, I added the data that I did not get from the CSV file and solved the problem. Thaks so much for the orientation.
