Hello Developer,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using Espo CRM version 7.3.4 and I am interested in upgrading my instance to the latest version of Espo CRM.
In my preparation for this upgrade, I have been attempting to back up my instance. I have successfully backed up the database. However, I have encountered an issue while attempting to back up the files located under the "public_html" directory using the command:
tar -xzf "files.tar.gz" -C /var/www/html
When I input this command in the command line interface (CLI), the process begins to generate the files, but at some point, an error message appears stating: "file changed as we read it."
Unfortunately, this issue prevents me from completing the backup process for the file directory. I am unsure about how to proceed and would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this error. My ultimate goal is to successfully create a comprehensive backup that will allow me to proceed with the instance update.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and expertise.
Best regards,
Yubraj Kafle
