Documents in portals

Hello,

I would like to make documents available for download to portal users.
In the portal role it says:
create yes
read account
edit account
delete no.
The portal users can open the document record, but not open or download the document file.(error 403)
Documents uploaded by the portal user can also be opened.

Does anyone have an idea?

With the rights you described for the Portal Role, in two test instances under the Portal User, I can enter the record of this document and download the file stored in the document record.
Please tell me whether the Portal User of this Portal can download a file from a document record under other rights?

I have found the problem. For testing I used docunete/files that were already present in the system. With newly loaded files it goes in all directions.
I will investigate it further.
