Can't login into Espo

Dear Espo Forum,

I would appreciate any help or information regarding my problem.

I am facing the Issue that my entire system is currently not working and I am unable to login into Espo. When loading the espo page I get the message error 500 and am only able to view the Espo CRM copyright in the bottom left Corner. The Only issue that is logged is the failure of the CheckEmailAccountsTask see log below.

Hi SPO,

Please provide your server logs. There should be more information there.

That log won't help. Try to remember if you do anything recently and revert that. Rename the custom folder and see if it load, if it does load then something in there is causing it. Process of elimination to find it.

Just to clarify if it wasn't clear. I mean the current posted log in Post https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/gene...espo#post91426 is doesn't help as it all about Email.

Maybe I can provide some more information.
I tried to update my EspoCRM instance. However, this did not work unfortunately. I am currently running two EspoCRM instances on my server. The system I primarily use is running the newest espo version. The other which throws the 500 error does not and hasn't been updated in a while . While trying to update I got the error:
error: Your PHP version (8.2.2) is not supported. Required version: >=7.4.0 <8.2.0.
Could that cause the issue that I am unable to log into espo as well? How do I solve the issue? Am I forced to install an older php version?

Doesn't your CPanel support changing PHP version without having to install/uninstall version? You can test on v8 and 8.1 and see if it help anyway.

Have you 'disable' custom folder?

When you say Newest, is it latest Stable Release or you install Development daily branch?
