Espocrm is not loading!

It was working fine but suddenly about past 2- 3 days it stopped working. Now I am unable to open the espocrm and gettingly white page with this "© 2023 EspoCRM". Need help on this

Deepak,

Please carefully check the server configuration for EspoCRM: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...configuration/.
Also, make sure you have set the correct permissions and ownership for EspoCRM: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...-based-systems.

If that doesn't help, please provide error logs from the server itself.

Let your provider go over these points carefully again and set up the server for EspoCRM correctly: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...-configuration.
The problem here is only in the server configuration.

Together with Deepak, we figured out the problem. For some reason, .htaccess file has changed in the EspoCRM directory. Once we changed it to the correct one, everything worked.
