What the system you need to sync with?

Hello, started freshly to learn about this system ... and i have a few customers, which are interested in using this. But if i check the ability to setup all, what is needed to setup the system settings inside ... at last i think it is a good software - thank you for the developers, to launch it as open source.
And the ability to have addons to create additionial functionalities is a good idea. But the cost of the packages seems the be too high. If i want to use most of them, every year to pay for the package.


is there a plan, to reduce the cost or similar?
On other hand the crm is not very popular ... is this based on the price plan for the important addons? Some toher developers seem to stop moving forward and if i want to download, i get a 404 page.

So i am interesting to find a way to place this to more customers - also as an alternative to other systems.
