Delete a lot of records - easy way

Hello,

please I would like to ask you if there is any easier and faster way how to delete a lot of records at once? I would like to clear our system data a bit, but there are a lot of records and the only way I am aware of is to select the record via the checkbox then click actions, and then remove records(problem is than I need to click "Show more" and select another page of records and so on. As far as I know, the data will still be present in the SQL database with the attribute deleted=1, right? Is it safe to delete those rows from the database? (if delete = 1, remove).

Have you tried Select All Results. so you could select all records and perform the Delete action on them. As per you second question it is safe to remove from DB the deleted records but to avoid any issue just let the cleaning job do the job for you. see attached screenshot.
