problem with importing from csv file

It would be nice to see screenshots of the file you are importing. I just imported a file with one line of record to 7.2.4, selected the required fields. Import successful.

I am not able to import data from a csv file to the Knowledge Base Article. I get error code 500 while importing. Does anyone know the solution?
My version of EspoCRM is 7.2.4
