problem with importing from csv file

I am not able to import data from a csv file to the Knowledge Base Article. I get error code 500 while importing. Does anyone know the solution?
My version of EspoCRM is 7.2.4

Have a look in your log file data/logs.

Are you writing about the server logs? Is it about logs in ESPO CRM?

Yes, log file of espocrm. The log file in espocrm often gives a hint, when somthing went wrong. You may post the file here.

It would be nice to see screenshots of the file you are importing. I just imported a file with one line of record to 7.2.4, selected the required fields. Import successful.
