    shared mailbox cases email notification to group ?

    Hello,

    I have configured a shared mailbox to create a case for each email received and assign it to a target team.

    I don't want to use the case distribution option because none of the options work for me.

    So my request is as follows: Since cases are created and assigned to a team immediately, is it possible that all team members receive an email notification for each new case assigned?

    If yes, how to do it?

    Hello,
    You could do something like this with a workflow (in the advanced pack).
    If so many mails are sent to the users, I would have a report (in the advanced pack) sent to the users automatically instead of the notification mails.,

        Hi irideso

        I think you could achieve this via BPMN if you have the advanced pack.


        1 - Just create a BPMN for Case as target entity (when an group email account is equal the create mailbox ) see attached step 1
        2 - Create notification to notify the user so the teams related to the target entity (Case) see step 2.

        I think this should definitely work for you.
