I have configured a shared mailbox to create a case for each email received and assign it to a target team.
I don't want to use the case distribution option because none of the options work for me.
So my request is as follows: Since cases are created and assigned to a team immediately, is it possible that all team members receive an email notification for each new case assigned?
If yes, how to do it?
