Custom entity, kanban view, how to make entity clickable?

Hi, added new entity, added kanban view, perfect...but how do I make one field (e.g. name) link to open the record?
Like a hyperlink.

EntityManager--->HR (Attendance)--->Layouts-->Kanban--->Click the pencil in the name field and check the Link checkbox.

Administration/EntityManager/HR(your-entity)/layouts/kanban (then click on pencil next to the the field and check Link checkbox). see attached screenshots.
