    Number auto increment - working in free version but not in cloud

    I created a Student ID, request from the client, in my test version. After saving and rebuild -- it promptly added the auto numbering to every record.

    I duplicated this in the cloud version and the Student ID field remains blank.
    • I updated/saved a field on the record and still blank
    • I created an New Student and that record was auto-numbered
    Any suggestions how to get it to number the existing records like it did in my test system?

    Wouldn't this be a bug report?

    I use a quite a few number increments and it all work for me, haven't run into issue yet so not sure.

    Only time bug I encounter was the maximum digit was too high and espocrm freezed it. But that was in the 297 millions or billion range.

      I think confirmation it should work in both versions is what I needed, thanks, I will put in a ticket
