Sync Target Lists with Reports?

    Sync Target Lists with Reports?

    I can’t find how to activate “Sync Target Lists with Reports” functionality. My expectation is for periodic sync, not a one time. I want send reminders campain each day to customers who have at least 5 days left till Service expiration. I can create report, but:
    1. new contacts from report is not apearing and old don’t disapearing from target list.
    2. MassMail is stand alone sending, but nor regular one.

    has anyone such Automation?

        Actually it is periodic, but by default, it set to be run once a day. You can reschedule it by changing a schedule in the Administration -> 'Sync Target Lists with Reports' job.

        I have tested it and everything works like a charm. To force the system to unlink the entries form the Target List that dont exist in a report anymore, make sure that you tick the 'Unlink' box in the 'Sync with Reports' panel.

        Each created Mass email is sent only one time. If you have Advanced Pack you can create Scheduled Workflow that is based on your Report to send such emails periodically.

          Maximus Thank you for clarification. I find in scheduled jobs status "Failed" so, now I need to discover what and why is happening. I hope it will solve all previous issues. Might be you have any ideas where to look for?

        You need to check for the error description in a log file https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ng/#check-logs. Also, you can activate debugger. In some cases, it gives you more detailed information about the error https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...e-for-a-logger.
