Sync the target it before sending mass email

Hi, i have a target list which is set to be sync with a report and this target is used for mass email.
Now i want to set the target list sync with a report before the mass email sent, how can i set this? thanks.

set the schedule for job Sync target list to 1 minute erlier


Send Mass Emails 15 * * * * each hour at on 15th minute
Sync Target Lists with Reports 14 * * * * each hour at on 14th minute (1 minute before Send mass email)
