Pages not loading

We are using Espo CRM 5.5.6

On faster machines/faster internet Espo pages load correctly.

However, on slower machines/slower internet connections we are noticing the pages fail to load sometimes ( latest versions of firefox/chrome/safari were tried).

We were able to workaround this problem by disabling cache via developer tools in both chrome and firefox.

Is this a known issue? Is there something we can do so that we don't have to resort to this workaround?

it seems timeout error. Check the server log files to define the problem.

We have checked the server logs. There is nothing in there.

If you are admin of the webserver and if your server is:
Apache - check for the 'KeepAliveTimeout' and 'RequestReadTimeout' parameters.
Nginx - check for the 'keepalive_timeout', 'client_body_timeout', 'client_header_timeout' parameters.
If you are using host, please contact a host support service.
