Error 404 not found

    Hi
    We have upgraded from version 5.4.5 to 5.5.3.
    Now we get an error message (see above) when we open an opportunity. Create new or change doesn't work.
    The LOG file says :


    [2019-01-07 15:28:50] Espo.ERROR: API [GET]:/:controller/layout/:name, Params:Array ( [controller] => OpportunityItem [name] => listItem ) , InputData: - Layout OpportunityItem:listItem is not found. [] []
    [2019-01-07 15:28:50] Espo.ERROR: Display Error: Layout OpportunityItem:listItem is not found., Code: 404 URL: /crm/api/v1/OpportunityItem/layout/listItem [] []

    During the upgrade we did not follow this advice.

    Before upgrading, it's recommended to remove all success jobs. This will expedite the upgrading process. Administration > Scheduled Jobs > Jobs in the top right corner > filter jobs by status = 'Success' > Select All Results > Remove.
    Is this the cause?
    Is there still a way to solve the problem without a back-up?

    Hi Peter,

    Try this:

    1. Uninstall advanced pack.
    2. Remove manually directories: application/Espo/Modules/Advanced/, client/modules/advanced
    3. Install advanced pack.

        That was a sort of caching problem. In the future versions it shouldn't be happening.

          And our advance pack is over 1 year.It's OK?

          is not affected to existing data?
