Portal use

Hello
The portal role specifies that the port can be used to read documents "Contact Reading".
How to connect the document with the contact.
The portal user should be able to read only his or her documents.

Hello.
There is relationship between contacts and documents. You can add this relationship panel to documents or to contact. If the document is related to the portal user's contact, this document will be enabled for this portal user.

Can you provide some information about how to link ? I try, and cannot achieve what you describe.
If I add a document from portal in a folder I can see this document when I'm admin in espoCRM... But if I'm an admin, an adds something in the same directory, as admin...
Then user portal cannot see this document as he didn't created it.
Also, I can design a user, but the user portals are not shown in the drop list....
