Hello,
I would be grateful for some assistance .I'm thinking we are just one Microsoft update away form critical problems. We just put in a new server and are considering either an upgrade with software or going to something else. We are not pleased with the on-going yearly fees that I understand will be imposed upon us with an upgrade.
This is what we need from the CRM software. Contacts with linked docs, attachments, and emails. A history for each contact and the ability to group and filter contacts for merged email and docs. Can anyone suggest software we may consider. We are so into GM that I have no idea what is out there. .I went checked many CRM Software Explainer Video but did not find any solution for this issues. Please help me out.
