  • 3 Days Delay Case Workflow

    Hi,

    We are a bit confused on how to set up the following workflow: After 3 days without resolving a case (status: Pending), we would like to notifiy the assigned user by email.

    Can you please indicate us which "Trigger Type" and "Conditions" we should set up in this workflow?
