    Workflow "Created At" Question

    Hi!

    We are creating a simple workflow. When a case remains 3 days with "Pending" status after the created date, the workflow should send an email to the assigned user.

    When adjusting this workflow, we have the following questions:

    * Should this workflow be "Scheduled" or "Sequential" at the Trigger Type?
    * At the conditions section, how should we set for the 3 days after the created date? (check screenshot). It's a little confusing the plus/minus X days on/after/before the created date.

    Hello

    At first you create Sequential Workflow for the entity Case, with Condition "Status equals Pending" and Action "Send Email".

    After that you create "After record created" Workflow with action "Trigger another workflow". There set the time of running (Later - Created At - plus - 3 - days), and select the workflow, created before
