    What's the difference between Parent-to-Child and One-to-Many?

I've never come across parent to child in any relational structure design, so I don't really know how it's different than one to many because it seems like exactly the same thing.

one-to-many - parent entity type is defined, so you can select parent record directly
parent-to-child - you have to choose parent entity type from list, then you select parent record
