    Hi,

    When creating a case by email no user is assigned. The configuration is in the photo.
    What are we doing wrong?

      Yes that's right. But there I can register only one user. If there selects one, then it is used. But there is the setting "Case Distribution". How does? Not with us.

      We want that is a contact, company and the user, which is assigned to the contact assigned to one case.
