Last Update to Stream Report? AKA Human Updated Record Report

You chose option 2, where it is important to record the missing relation not at all, but specifically for a certain period of time (5 days). Personally, I do not have a solution here. However, there is a solution for the absolute absence of Calls, or Tasks, or Meetings in the Lead record at all, if it is useful to you in the future.

As for recording Stream, you can use the "streamUpdatedAt" field in the Conditions of your workflow.

I thought I did #2 - absence of activity - might include the absence of records but if that is not possible or too difficult to work in the Cloud version then no update to the Stream in the last 5 days including no notes at all

2. Or does it mean that Lead can have related Calls, Tasks and Meetings, but there was no relay in the last 5 days between Lead and Calls, or Tasks, or Meetings?

Management wants to sent email reminders to Sales Reps who are not working the Lead, no Streams posted, no Calls scheduled etc.

I created a Workflow that counts future Calls Tasks and Meetings and they can filter on that (looking for count = 0) but many of the Reps only type in the Stream/Notes

e.g. "l/m"
"for left message"

So management has to open each lead to find out if it was worked because "Notes Last Updated" seems to include any modifcation of the record, not just the notes/stream was updated

so workflow triggers, recalcuations on the Lead,Round Robin assignment etc. all seem to udate that timestamp, trying to confirm that if so then I have no solution for them

trying to get a true report on the last time a Post was made in Stream (and who) - then I think I can create a "not updated since" kind of report

the 2nd Lead has no notes but the system assigned it to a Rep but it shows "updated"

trying to pull out an audit trail for users/humans only....

Cloud Version: Is there a way to create this report?

Client wants to email Sales Reps that are -not- updating the Stream and don't have a related Task Meeting or Call in the last 5 Days.

When creating a report it seems like Notes Last Updated includes related records, does anyone know if that is correct? I guess practically I need to exclude User=System?

So in other words the Stream on a Lead for instance can be blank but there might be a related Call or Meeting so EspoCRM reports the Notes Last Updated Date as the Call Record Created Date?

I had a Workflow on the related records part however I am finding the System is updating the modified Timestamp - for various Workflow reasons - so I am not able - I think - to trust "Last Updated" if it is including related records that were created or updated

Any ideas how to confirm?
